At Kati Studio Designs, all products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer.
Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
Under UK consumer law, personalized or custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) period.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
